1.Who We Are
Company History Founded in July 1997, Xinjia Electronics Co., Ltd., located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, is a high-tech watch manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and global sales.
1997-2000 Initial Stage.Registered the "Xinjia" brand.
2001-2010 Large-Scale Development Stage.Relocated to a 30,000-square-meter factory in Baogai Industrial Park, Shishi; obtained ISO9001:2000 certification (November 2002); established multi-brand production lines and obtained BSCI and Disney certifications, expanding export business.
2011-2022 Cross-Border Upgrade Stage.Participated in the Canton Fair, promoting cross-border e-commerce development through live streaming.
2023-2024 Technology-Driven Development Phase.Become a National High-Tech Enterprise and a member of the National Watchmaking Standards Formulation Unit, possessing 78 patents and 1 software copyright; participate in the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair and launch university entrepreneurship projects. Shishi Xinjia.
2025-Present Global Expansion.Showcase ODM/OEM smartwatch solutions at the Canton Fair and exhibit over 600 products at the Fuzhou Cross-Border E-commerce Fair. Products are sold to 78 countries; foreign trade revenue accounts for 70% to 90% of total revenue. Celebrate its 29th anniversary on July 1, 2026.
Xinjia has over 1,000 employees, with a monthly output of 1.2 million timepieces, continuously pursuing innovation and quality to enhance its competitiveness in the global watchmaking industry.

Our self owned factory covers a building area of 30,000+ square meters, with standardized garden style production workshops, dedicated R&D lab, mold workshop, SMT workshop, assembly lines and independent quality control rooms.

Over 70% of our turnover comes from overseas export business. Our watch products are sold to more than 78 countries and regions worldwide, covering Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Oceania.
We are familiar with international trade terms including FOB, CIF. We support flexible MOQ for brand clients, offer custom packaging, multi language firmware and documentation for different regional markets.
